At Just Wish You, we want every Premium Access purchase — across all our educational knowledge platforms and interactive learning experiences — to feel fair, transparent, and worry-free. This page explains exactly when refunds apply, how cancellations work, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

Premium Access on Just Wish You unlocks exclusive educational content and knowledge categories across our interactive learning platforms. This is a one-time digital purchase that grants access for 30 days from the date of successful payment. These are non-physical, digital entitlements delivered immediately to your account — there is nothing to ship or return. This is not a gaming subscription, betting service, or gambling product. Just Wish You is an educational knowledge and critical thinking platform for entertainment and learning purposes only.

Premium not activated. If your payment was successful but the premium features were not activated on your account within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, the excess amount will be fully refunded.

Service-breaking technical issue. If a verified bug on our end completely prevents you from accessing premium features after activation, we will investigate and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Premium successfully activated and used. Once access has been granted and any part of the premium content has been used, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

Change of mind. Refunds aren't provided simply because you decide you no longer want the Premium Access after it has been successfully activated.

Forgetting to cancel. Since our purchases are one-time payments with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to forget. Each payment is a one-time charge for a fixed access period — no further charge happens without your direct action.
Refund window expired. Requests made more than 7 days after the original payment date won't be processed, except in confirmed cases of technical failure as described above.

Just Wish You uses a one-time, non-recurring payment model across all its Premium Access offerings. There is no auto-debit or automatic renewal of any kind. Your card, UPI, or bank account will never be charged again without you actively making a new purchase. When your Premium Access period ends, your account simply reverts to the free plan — no cancellation steps are needed, and no further charges will follow.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, here's what to do:

  1. Email us at justwishtoyou@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, if any.
  2. Include your registered username, the date of payment, and your payment / transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation or receipt).
  3. Briefly describe the issue — for example, "premium not activated" or "duplicate charge."
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours on working days.

Once a refund is approved, it's processed within 5–7 working days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI app, debit card, credit card, or net banking) via our payment partner, Razorpay. Actual credit to your bank account or card statement may take a few additional days depending on your bank's own processing time, which is outside our control.

All payment and refund-related disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By making a purchase on Just Wish You, you agree to these refund and cancellation terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Just Wish You is an educational knowledge platform — all purchases are for digital educational content only. No cash prizes, no betting, and no gambling are associated with any purchase.
